Ha-Namal24, under the direction of Chef Ran Rosh, a graduate of the prestigious “Paul Bocuse” school in Lyon, France, combines the techniques of French cuisine with the local Haifa kitchen and the outstanding ingredients it offers. The restaurant provides a unique culinary experience, featuring meticulously crafted and intriguing dishes made from premium ingredients, professional and courteous service, background music tailored to enhance the experience, all within a magnificent preserved building designed with meticulous colonial-style decor.

In the late evening hours, the kitchen offers an exceptional bar menu featuring cocktails that complement the dishes in a lighthearted and joyful atmosphere. The restaurant is located within the Liberté Hotel, a luxurious boutique hotel catering to couples and business professionals, and will provide both the hotel guests and the local crowd with an exclusive breakfast from Chef Ran’s kitchen, served in an elegant European ambiance.
